We've Got Paper

Easily produce paper ballots for various jurisdictions with our Ballot Now application. Print ballots for polling place voting, by-mail/absentee voting, and the eScan digital scanner. Tight, prescribed time frames, multiple languages, and other variables won't slow you down. Ballot Now offers:

When all ballots have been scanned and resolved, Ballot Now captures the Cast Vote Records, which are then seamlessly integrated with all other system votes to be tallied for final results.

You Control When Ballots are Printed

With Ballot Now, you're not dependent on third parties and you have greater control over the process and the security of the ballots. Plus, ballots can be mailed out in standard envelopes and processed through a letter shop.

Ballot Now uses the same centralized digital record that runs the eSlate electronic voting system and the  eScan digital scanner. A correct ballot for each voter can be printed on demand, or the data can be delivered to a third party for mass printing with no additional data entry or formatting.

Scanners that Save You Time and Money

Voted ballots are easily scanned using commercially available scanners or eScan. Ballot Now extracts and records the scanned ballots for tabulation in Tally, our tabulation application.

Ballot Now will work as an integrated component of the Hart suite of voting tools, or it can be used as a stand-alone system (with the supporting election management tools).

Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail
